Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Yes, you can reschedule your visit as long as it’s before your original reservation date and time.
How do I reschedule my ticket?
Click the exchange link at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email. You’ll be guided through selecting a new date and time.
What if my original visit time has already passed?
Once your original reservation date and time have passed, the exchange link will expire. After that point, you will no longer be able to reschedule through the link.
Why do some new dates cost more?
We use dynamic pricing, so ticket prices may vary depending on the date and time. If your new selection is more expensive, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference during the rescheduling process.
What if my preferred date isn’t showing up?
If a date or time isn't visible, that means it’s sold out. We recommend selecting from other available time slots.
